2011 Gridiron Youth Football Camp

June 23rd & 24th

• Session 1 - 1:00 to 3:00 (For Grades 2-4)
• Session 2 - 3:30 to 5:30 (For Grades 5-8)

*Grades based upon ‘11-’12 school year

Camp Focuses:

• Fundamental skills for every football position.
• Proper techniques for every football position.
• Fundamentals of punting, kicking and snapping.
• Proper stretching techniques.
• Correct running form.
• How to improve agility and quickness.

Locations and Facilities:

• The camp will be held on the practice fields @ Monona Grove High School.
• On rain days, we will be in the weight room teaching proper techniques.

Date and Time:

Thursday June 23rd & Friday June 24th

• 1-3:00pm Grades 2-4
• 3:30-5:30pm Grades 5-8

Registration & Fee:

Camp Fee - $40.00

Return your registration and payment to CG Village Hall or Monona City Building.

Make checks payable to: “Village of Cottage Grove” or “City of Monona”.

Every camp participant will receive a Gridiron Football Camp t-shirt!!!

What To Bring:

Camp participants should bring cleats, tennis shoes, athletic shorts and a t-shirt. Mouth guards will not be provided. You need not bring a foot-ball or scrimmage vest as they will be provided.
