Coaches must notify the opposing coaches, before the game starts, if any player is going to play both ways, or if he isn't going to play, and the reason for it.
The offense must have at least 7 men on the line of scrimmage. If they have more than 7, the end man on each side must weigh 11lbs or less.
On offense, any player weighing more than 110lbs must be center, guard or tackle. He may never be the end man on the line of scrimmage.
We do not allow single-wing or an unbalanced line.
On defense, a player of any weight may play any position.
Injured players must leave the game for at least one play even if a timeout is called. If the QB is injured and comes out for at least one play, any defensive player may replace him. Howerver, that same defensive player must sit out the next entire defensive possession! This does not mean the same number of players that the injured QB sits out.
